TIMETABLE / SCHEDULE

Olympic weightlifting and gym equipment

MONDAY - FRIDAY

We have  Functional Fitness Classes every weekday and Saturday

Monday 6am | 7am | 9.30am | 5.30pm | 6.30pm

Tuesday 6am | 7am | 5.30pm | 6.30pm | 7.30pm (Beginners Course)

Wednesday 6am | 7am | 9.30am | 5.30pm | 6.30pm

Thursday 6am | 7am | 4:40 (Kids)| 5.30pm (Weight Lifting) | 6.30pm | 7.30pm (Beginners Course)

Friday 6am | 7am | 9.30am | 5.30pm | 6.30pm

Saturday 8am 


WTB Follows a structural progression based program that follow phases of 8-12 weeks. These phases are periods in which WTB focusses on a specific goal and these phases are usually started by testing the relevant movements and ended in a de-load week then a test week to give members an opportunity to test their progress.

BEGINNERS

We have a beginners course running every Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm this is a rolling 8 week block that will teach all the fundamental movements of Functional Fitness.


Please note all our classes are coached by experienced coaches that can alter any of the movements or workouts to suit your current level.

SATURDAY

Saturday Teams workouts are extremely popular within Functional Fitness gyms.  These workouts are always tough but typically performed in teams and pairs and epitomise the community spirt within our gym.

HEROS

Part of Functional Fitness legend is to celebrate those who have fallen in the line of duty. These tribute Workouts will test both mind and body and help us be mindful of those who have sacrificed so we dont have to.

OPEN GYM

As it suggest this is for you to use the gym freely during non class sessions to work on your own programming or just come and blast the rower and sweat for an hour.
