At WTB Fitness, our coached classes follow CrossFit Mayhem Affiliate programming, giving our members access to world-class training that is structured, varied and proven. Each session is designed to build strength, fitness, skill and confidence, with clear options to suit every level — whether you are pushing for RX, scaling movements, or just getting started. The beauty of Mayhem programming is that everyone follows the same workout with the right version for them, so the whole class trains together while still working at their own ability. Combined with our coaching, supportive community and countryside barn setting, it gives WTB members a proper training experience that keeps you progressing week after week.
We also have dedicated classes for Olympic weightlifting, Fitness Race styles classes and a Glute builder class.
Although WTB Fitness boasts a number of very high level athletes from the Ironman, Functional Fitness and Olympic Weightlifting worlds, our main focus is on the health of our members. Both immediate and later on in life.
That is why we have a good focus on strength training which increases bone density and muscular strength and thus prevents multiple age related diseases.
